For recurring latency, saturation, database contention, thread/connection pool exhaustion, or unclear bottlenecks. Output: bottleneck map, evidence, alternative explanations, and prioritized remediation.

For lag, skew, noisy neighbors, capacity uncertainty, partitioning decisions, repair/compaction pressure, or workload-isolation questions. Output: architecture assessment and decision memo.
